Crawford Public School is a large Primary school comprising of twenty one permanent classrooms and nine demountables with wheelchair access to some facilities. It provides programs for students gifted in dance, art, technology, gymnastics, debating and performance and caters for children with a mild or moderate intellectual disability from Kindergarten to Year 6. The school is protected by a perimeter fence, which has greatly reduced vandalism and has allowed for the successful establishment of native gardens and the safe use of the facilities after school hours. Crawford Public School is a co-operative school community promoting and recognising initiative, worth and achievement.
