Marton School is located in Engadine. It is a medium sized primary school with a population of some 400 students. The school enjoys a strong reputation for high quality academic, sporting and cultural programs. The school community extensively supports the students through in-class assistance, working bees, School Council and a wide range of Parents and Citizens Association fund raising activities. The local community values education. The school's stated aim is to provide students and staff with a stimulating, ordered, secure and caring environment which is conducive to learning and working whilst being responsive to community needs.
