Coodanup Community College is a school for all students and provides opportunities for every student to experience success within a fair, nuturing and caring environment which will enable all students to develop a pathway that is useful, productive and ultimately lead to a satisfying future. At Coodanup a range of pathways and learning experiences for students are provided to cater for individual needs and interests.

Coodanup has a focus of cultural, sporting and artistic activities with the community through the wide variety of organisations that use the school's facilities. The school actively seeks to create connections with the community.
The excellent facilities at the College provide opportunities for the students to participate in a range of learning experience including Agriculture, Performing Arts and Industrial Workshop. In 2009 the school launched the endorsed programs of Music and Australian Rule Football.
