East Hills Public School is a small community school staffed by a range of dedicated teachers who enjoy the full support and commitment of the parents and local community. The school promotes excellence in education for all students K-6 by providing a well balanced curriculum to meet the learning needs of all students. We pride ourselves on ensuring that each and every student has the ability to achieve their personal best, with an active Learning Support Team who meet regularly to provide strategies to assist each student reach their Stage outcomes. Key programs include PSSA Sport, Focus on Reading (FOR36), Reading Recovery, ESL, Multilit, and Targeted Early Numeracy(TEN). The school also provides a quality education for three Support Classes - Autism. The students from these classes have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of our K-6 programs and are fully integrated into the playground.
