Education VICÂ introduces Danger Sun Overhead in Auchenflower, for all your education and learning needs.
Danger Sun Overhead is an education program for outdoor industries, corporate work
places schools and sporting clubs, to promote the prevention,awareness and early
detection of skin cancers, including melanoma.
In the first four years following its formation, Danger Sun Overhead has provided sun safety education to over 20,000
workshop attendees in workplaces across Queensland and New South Wales. The DSO program continues to be
in high demand and the DSO education workshops are now available in other Australian states.
Danger Sun Overhead, and in particular Jo, has been officially recognised through the awarding of significant commendations for the valuable work she undertakes to provide guidance to employers and industry leaders
who seek to offer the best level of sun preventative care and working conditions to their workers.
The Danger Sun Overhead Program is run exclusively through Melanoma Patients Australia (MPA) which is the only patient driven non profit organisation that offers a national network of support and information to patients, their families, carers, and friends, about melanoma prevention, diagnosis, management and treatment.
