Education VICÂ introduces Armadale Primary School in Armadale, for all your education and learning needs.
An outstanding feature of the school continues to be the very strong sense of community that prevails. Teachers and parents share a joint responsibility for helping each child develop his or her talents and abilities and consequently strong partnerships are forged between the home and school environments. Parental involvement in all facets of the school is always welcomed and valued.
Our children enter Prep, into the stimulating world of developmental play where safety is paramount and where we enable them to grow, play and enjoy learning. Our exiting students graduate in Grade 6 armed with the skills and learning experiences to make informed choices, have an appreciation of the world they live in and are able to fully participate as active global citizens who really want to make a difference.
A highly dedicated and professional band of teachers work tirelessly to ensure that the school motto of ‘Challenging to Achieve’ is brought to life on a daily basis in all classrooms. Student achievement is monitored very closely by each teacher and developmentally structured classroom programs cater for the individual needs of students within a culture of academic excellence.
Students at Armadale PS are taught how to care and support each other, as well as to respect everyone’s individual differences. The focus of our social skilling is the ‘You Can Do It’ program where children are explicitly taught how to get along, how to be persistent and be confident, as well as how to be organised and resilient.
Welcome to Armadale Primary School one of the popular educators in your Armadale area. Our aim is help you in your learning journey.
We endeavour to celebrate each other’s uniqueness by providing opportunity for all and to develop a culture that identifies that the journey towards excellence is often paved with trial and error, risk taking, learning from mistakes, flexibility and adaptability. We believe that encouraging students to take ownership of the learning is critical in achieving the best learning outcomes and that implicit in this concept is that students learn their own areas of strength and areas of development, through useful and explicit feedback.
