The AIA Strathfield campus offers the world’s best practice International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) for years 11 & 12 an IB Middle Years Programme for years 7 – 10 (IBMYP) and is a candidate school for the Primary Years Program (IBPYP), in addition to the NSW educational curriculum. AIA promotes a balanced approach to education incorporating academic achievement, values in action, as well as personal and community well being.AIA is committed to achieving the best learning outcomes for its students by focusing on “learning how to learn " and developing students’ confidence and nurturing their intellectual talent. AIA aims to develop graduates with a love of learning and the skills necessary to conduct inquiry and research and independence in learning; and we hope that this love of learning will be sustained throughout their lives. Welcome to Australian International Academy one of the popular educators in your Coburg area. Our aim is help you in your learning journey.
We endeavour to celebrate each other’s uniqueness by providing opportunity for all and to develop a culture that identifies that the journey towards excellence is often paved with trial and error, risk taking, learning from mistakes, flexibility and adaptability. We believe that encouraging students to take ownership of the learning is critical in achieving the best learning outcomes and that implicit in this concept is that students learn their own areas of strength and areas of development, through useful and explicit feedback.
