Education VICÂ introduces St Columba's Primary School Adamstown in Adamstown, for all your education and learning needs.
St Columba’s Primary School, Adamstown was established by the Sisters of Mercy in the 1890s. It continues to serve the Catholic community in the local area and several neighbouring suburbs. The Sisters of Mercy maintain a close link with the school.
At St Columba’s, we emphasise the vital role parents play in the education of their children, and in the life of the school. Parents are involved in a wide range of areas including the P and F Association, the celebration of Masses and liturgies, Parent Assisted Learning programmes, reading, excursions, classroom assistance, sporting activities, canteen and maintenance.
At St Columba’s, we are committed to the spiritual, academic, social, cultural, emotional and physical development of each child through our relationships and the programmes we offer. Our school motto – “Sincerity Conquers All” is at the heart of how we strive to relate to each other.
Welcome to St Columba's Primary School Adamstown one of the popular educators in your Adamstown area. Our aim is help you in your learning journey.
We endeavour to celebrate each other’s uniqueness by providing opportunity for all and to develop a culture that identifies that the journey towards excellence is often paved with trial and error, risk taking, learning from mistakes, flexibility and adaptability. We believe that encouraging students to take ownership of the learning is critical in achieving the best learning outcomes and that implicit in this concept is that students learn their own areas of strength and areas of development, through useful and explicit feedback.
