Kaylene’s journey began 33 years ago. Kaylene has been awarded many prestigious awards, including Technical Advisor of the year, National floor judge Australian circuit, HBWN finalist business awards and has also owned three successful hairdressing salons. Kaylene has hands-on experience dealing with staff and training and also in business management.
Kaylene was also Schwarzkopf Educator of the Year and has traveled the world. Her experiences include working with Trevor Sorbie and Hans Wolf De Cut. She is a great role model and mentor to the hairdressing industry. Kaylene is career savvy, and a passionate, experienced trainer. Her greatest accomplishment is the KL Hair Academy. Kaylene has a dream…to strengthen the hairdressing industry and businesses. Kaylene’s business is growing rapidly with nine years experience in the area of hairdresser education and scissors.
KL Hair Academy supports and trains a large area of rural, regional and urban NSW. We offer a large range of services and tools and are continually changing our programs and services to offer you up to date information and offers on hand. Kaylene is an exceptional educator. She has seen many people suffer from the downfalls of low self-assurance and believes not everyone gets it the first time. Her small personal coaching sessions ensure every person has the opportunity to advance themselves and offer learning in a relaxed atmosphere.
